Built in 1896, Doc’s Place merges a traditional sports bar, upscale menu and excellent food with a casual and inviting atmosphere. Internationally trained Executive Chef Carlos Silveti prepares his food from scratch using all fresh ingredients. Chef Carlos, born in Sicily has studied in Spain, Mexico City and Italy. He has worked as an apprentice to many of today’s most famous Chefs.
Chef Carlos’ goal is to create an amazing guest experience every guest every time. Try one of Chef Carlos’ creations and you will immediately understand his love and passion for food.
